1. Signing In

  1. Open the workspace sign-in page.
  2. Enter the email and password provided by the administrator.
  3. Select Sign in.
  4. On success you land on the workspace dashboard and stay signed in on that browser until you sign out.

Passwords are never shared by email. If you forget yours, ask the administrator to reset it.

2. Workspace Overview

After signing in you see the workspace dashboard:

  • A list of active matters, each showing the case name, current status, and when it was last updated.
  • Selecting a matter opens its case workspace.
  • A New Matter action creates a case (you are recorded as the mediator).

3. Working With a Case

Opening a matter reveals a tabbed workspace. Typical areas:

  • Intake – participant information and the child-support estimator inputs.
  • Documents – upload, download, and manage case files.
  • Proposals – draft and track settlement proposals through versions to acceptance.
  • Notes – chronological, timestamped case notes.
  • Facts / Issues / Assets / Debts – structured case data for mediation preparation.
  • Worksheet – scenario calculations based on the entered data.
  • Report – generate a summary document for the matter.

4. Uploading Documents

  • Accepted formats include PDF, TXT, DOC, and DOCX, up to 20 MB per file.
  • Every upload is automatically security-scanned before it is stored.
  • If a file cannot be accepted, a plain-language message explains why — check the file type and size and try again, or contact support.

5. Child Support Estimator

The public estimator runs Florida's statutory child-support guideline formula on numbers you enter, including the substantial time-sharing calculation. It is educational only: it shows the math for your inputs and does not predict what a court will order. Figures entered are not stored.

6. Signing Out

Use the Sign out control in the workspace header. This ends your session on that browser. You can be signed in on more than one browser or device at a time; signing out of one does not affect the others.

7. Troubleshooting

SymptomWhat to do
Told you are not signed in / access deniedYour session likely expired — sign in again.
File upload rejectedCheck the file type and size, then retry. If it persists, contact support.
Page stuck on a loading messageReload the page. If it continues, clear the site's browser cookies and sign in again.
Forgotten passwordAsk the administrator for a reset — include your sign-in email address.
Something else looks wrongNote the time, what you clicked, and any message shown, then contact support.

8. Contact & Support

  • For case questions or to start a matter, use the mediation request page.
  • For technical issues with the workspace, describe what happened (time, page, error message) when you reach out so it can be reproduced.
