The Request Form and Early Communications
The request form exists to collect basic conflict-check and scheduling information. It is not a channel for confidential or privileged detail: please do not send private facts, allegations, settlement positions, or documents through the form or by email before a conflict check has been completed. Submitting the form requests a conversation — it does not schedule a session or reserve any service. How submitted information is handled is described on the Privacy page.
Mediation Outcomes Are Not Guaranteed
Mediation is a voluntary process in which the parties make their own decisions. No particular outcome is promised or guaranteed — some matters resolve fully, some partially, and some do not resolve. Descriptions of the mediation process on this site are general in nature, and each mediation is subject to its own circumstances, any applicable court order, and applicable law.
