What the request form collects

The mediation request form collects only the information needed for a conflict check and scheduling: your name and contact details, the other party's name, an optional attorney name and case number, your county, and your matter type, language, and scheduling preferences.

How it is handled

Form submissions are used solely to respond to your request. When CRM delivery is configured, submissions are transmitted to that system for follow-up. This site does not use advertising, third-party trackers, or analytics. Submitted form content is not written to server logs. Basic rate limiting uses IP addresses transiently in memory to deter automated abuse.

Confidentiality caution

Please do not send private facts, allegations, settlement positions, or documents through the form or by email before a conflict check. Initial submissions should stay limited to basic identifying and scheduling information.
