About Your Mediator
Before mediation, I spent nearly 20 years at Oracle Corporation leading technical support and engineering teams — work that, underneath the technology, was really about sitting between people who disagreed and getting them to a resolution they could both accept. That is the same skill family mediation asks for, applied to a much more personal kind of dispute.
I hold an MBA in Management Information Systems, and I'm a Florida notary public — useful for notarizing signed agreements without an extra trip elsewhere. My wife and I have been married 44 years, which has only deepened my interest in this work. Sessions are available in English or Spanish.
Certification Status
I am currently completing Florida Supreme Court family mediator training and mentorship. Early conversations are welcome now — mediation sessions open once certification is complete.
